Crystal Candles

More than just a candle, each Witch’s Mark vessel is a ritual waiting to be revealed. Hand-poured in Calgary using sustainable coconut palm wax and crackling wooden wicks, our candles offer a clean, long-lasting burn. The true magic lies beneath the surface: every candle conceals a charged crystal at the bottom, revealing itself as the wax melts to become a permanent talisman for the user’s altar or collection.

Spell Jar Reed Diffusers

A continuous ritual without the flame. Our Spell Jar Diffusers are crafted with a premium vegan carrier oil for a clean, non-toxic scent throw. Anchored by a layer of charged crystals at the base of every bottle, they infuse your space with both fragrance and intention.

Moon Water Ritual Sprays

Harness the energy of the lunar cycle with our Moon Water Ritual Sprays. Each batch begins with real moon water, charged with intention-specific crystals to create a high-vibrational mist. Formulated to be body and linen safe, they offer a smoke-free way to cleanse your aura, refresh your bedding, or clear your space.

Signature Scent Library

Our signature scent library is available across all ritual vessels: Crystal Candles, Spell Jar Diffusers, and Moon Water Sprays. We practice clean alchemy, crafting each blend from premium phthalate and paraben-free fragrance oils, enriched with pure essential oils for a non-toxic, atmospheric experience.

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

 

Effective Date: January 2026

 

1. MINIMUMS

​

  • Opening Order: $300 CAD minimum.

  • Re-orders: $150 CAD minimum.

 

2. PAYMENT

​

  • First Orders: Payment is required in full before production begins.

  • Re-orders: Payment is due upon shipment.

  • Methods: We accept all forms of payment through our website (Visa, MC, Amex, Paypal, etc).

 

3. LEAD TIME & PRODUCTION

​

  • Standard Turnaround: As our products are hand-poured in small batches, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and cured prior to shipping.

  • Holiday Rush: During Q4 (Sept–Dec), lead times may extend to 3 weeks. Please order early to guarantee stock.

 

4. SHIPPING

​

  • Carriers: Orders ship from Calgary, Alberta via UPS, Purolator or Canpar based on the rates at the time of shipment.

  • Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Pickup: Local pickup is available for retailers within the Calgary area by appointment only.

 

5. NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS

​

  • Our candles are hand-poured using natural waxes. Slight variation in color, fill level, or texture (such as "wet spots" on the glass) is a hallmark of handmade goods and does not affect the performance or safety of the candle. These are not considered defects.

 

6. DAMAGES & RETURNS

​

  • Inspection: Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

  • Reporting: All damages or missing items must be reported via email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

  • Resolution: We will issue a replacement or credit for damaged goods. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.

 

7. ONLINE SALES & MARKETS

  • Retailers may sell Witch's Mark products on their own branded website and in their brick-and-mortar store.

  • Restrictions: Retailers are prohibited from selling our products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, or Walmart.com.
